WELCOME
My name is Ms. Flores and I am originally from the Bronx, NY. I attended the State University of NY (SUNY) at Binghamton, Cornell University, and New York University. I started teaching in Newark, NJ; returned to NYC to teach in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, and followed my love of social justice to work as a Restorative Dean in the Bronx. I joined Bronxdale in 2016 as a member of the Student Support Team (SST). Bronxdale is a school that values the diversity of our students' unique identities, lived experiences, cultures and ethnicities, languages, and life goals. I am proud of Bronxdale, proud of the strength and tenacity of Bronx students and their families, and proud of our potential as we move forward into the new year!
