Hello, my name is Wesley Moncrieffe. When you see me you can call me Mr. Wesley. I am one of the social workers here at Bronxdale high school! I was born and raised in Jamaica, W.I for most of my life before moving to the United States. I am a product of CUNY and got my BA in Psychology from York College and my Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College. Before transitioning to Bronxdale, I worked in a CBO providing mental health treatment to high school students. Prior to that I worked in a homeless shelter for youth. Working with young people has always been my passion. With the right services, resources and supports you will be successful here at Bronxdale. Don't be afraid to reach out for help whenever you need it. If being successful in your academics is important, we also need to make sure that you are well emotionally, physically, socially and mentally as well. Outside of work I love to travel, take pictures, listen to music, hang with friends & family and have a good time in general. You matter here and will be supported!
